Love it! I'd like to order another in a smaller size. How can I do this?

I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend. I have not given yet so I can not rate the fit. I did like it alot when I received it. Hope she likes it as well.

I liked the ** of the pink/purple one, but the blue/*** was a bit blah. Material not particularly soft. Slightly small and didn't come in 3x.

Shipped on Dec 9, this is the 23rd. Did not receive yet

As is shirts of this type, sizing is iffy, the particular shirt I would need an extra large. Cannot wear it. What can be done ?
